Drive Network Support Ltd refers to the registered company listed above. Websites mean www.dnsupport.co.uk (our primary company site for the Secure Edge Gateway Platform, managed services, training, support resources, and corporate information) and www.dnsupport.net (our operational platform for the customer portal, pilot registration, and purchasable products and services). SEGP or the Platform means the Secure Edge Gateway Platform developed by Drive Network Support Ltd, including its hardware, software, dashboards and reporting. Pilot means the free 30-Day Pilot of SEGP. Products means any physical or digital items sold through our online store(s), including hardware, software, licences and accessories. Services mean our managed IT support, 24/7 helpdesk, cybersecurity protection, cloud hosting, network optimisation, CNC/industrial system support, training, consultancy, and related technical offerings. Content means all text, images, videos, software, or other materials appearing on our websites. User or Customer means any person or business using our websites, registering for the Pilot, purchasing from our store, or receiving our services. Where applicable to apprenticeships, grants or fee-assisted training, Scholarship Program Addendum means the additional terms available from us on request, which apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Scope of services

Drive Network Support Ltd operates as a technology company developing the Secure Edge Gateway Platform, and also as a Managed Service Provider and e-commerce retailer. We provide: the Secure Edge Gateway Platform and the free 30-Day Pilot, 24/7 IT support and helpdesk, proactive cybersecurity protection, cloud hosting and backup, CNC and industrial IT/automation system support, product sales via www.dnsupport.net, training programs and apprenticeships, and informational content via our websites.

3. The free 30-Day Pilot

The 30-Day Pilot is offered free of charge and is subject to availability and to our acceptance of your registration, which is made via the site survey at dnsupport.net/site-survey. The Pilot is provided for evaluation purposes only and carries no obligation on either party to enter into a further agreement. Pilot findings and reports are provided to you for your own use. We provide the Pilot with reasonable care and skill; the service levels in our Service Level Agreement apply only to contracted paid services unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We may end a Pilot early where equipment is misused, where access required to run the Pilot is not provided, or where these Terms are breached.

4. Orders and payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Product purchases made via www.dnsupport.net must be paid in full at checkout using our secure payment options. Services purchased on account are invoiced per the applicable agreement; unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended). Orders are subject to stock availability.

5. Delivery of goods

We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally, where supported. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect our infrastructure or where misuse, suspected compromise, non-payment, or breach of these Terms is identified. Breaches may lead to termination and/or legal action.

10. Data protection and security

We handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We act as:

Where we act as processor, we will: process only on your lawful written instructions; implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data; ensure confidentiality; assist with data subject requests and incident notifications; and delete or return personal data at the end of the services, in each case as required by law and the contract. Security information, including our use of trusted sub-processors and hosting providers, is available on request.

14. Website availability

While we aim for continuous uptime across both websites, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

15. No waiver

Failure by Drive Network Support Ltd to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
