About Drive Network Support

Meet the man behind the Secure Edge Gateway Platform

Drive Network Support wasn't created inside a boardroom or by venture capital. It was built through decades of real engineering, solving real customer problems, and refusing to give up when others would have walked away.

After rebuilding both his career and business from the ground up, founder Lennux Ferdinand set out to create something the industry had been missing for years — a platform that helps organisations finally understand what is really connected to their network.

This is the story behind the Secure Edge Gateway Platform.

Experience

More than 30 years solving real technology problems

Over the past three decades, Lennux has worked across technical support, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, manufacturing environments and critical business infrastructure.

Throughout that journey one challenge continued to appear. Organisations were investing in more technology every year, yet very few could confidently answer one simple question: what is actually connected to our network?

That question became the foundation for everything Drive Network Support would eventually build.

Innovation

Turning experience into innovation

The Secure Edge Gateway Platform was not designed from theory. It was developed from years of customer conversations, technical investigations and real-world experience.

Every dashboard, every discovery feature and every visibility tool exists because organisations need practical answers, not complicated reports.

The platform helps customers discover hidden devices, improve security and make informed decisions using live operational data.

Manufacturing

Built for manufacturing because that's where it began

Manufacturing remains one of the environments Lennux understands best. Years spent supporting production equipment, engineering workstations and industrial networks revealed how difficult it is to gain visibility across operational technology.

The Secure Edge Gateway Platform was designed to bridge traditional IT with manufacturing systems, providing engineers and management with one clear view of their connected environment without disrupting production.

Collaboration

We believe MSPs are partners, not competitors

Drive Network Support does not exist to replace Managed Service Providers.

Instead, the Secure Edge Gateway Platform strengthens existing IT providers by delivering deeper visibility, improved discovery and additional security insights they can offer to their own customers.

Collaboration has always been central to our approach because better outcomes are achieved when experienced professionals work together rather than compete against each other.

Education

Investing in the next generation

Technology should create opportunities for future generations, not just solve today's problems.

The long-term vision includes the DNS Technology Academy, where young people can learn networking, cybersecurity, engineering, robotics and industrial technologies through practical experience.

By investing in education today, we help develop the engineers, innovators and cybersecurity professionals of tomorrow.

Knowledge

Sharing knowledge across the industry

Knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared.

Lennux regularly speaks about network visibility, cybersecurity, industrial technology and the future of connected infrastructure. Every presentation is built around practical experience, real customer challenges and lessons learned over decades in the industry.

The objective is simple: help organisations make smarter technology decisions based on visibility rather than assumptions.

Partnerships

Building strong partnerships

The Secure Edge Gateway Platform is designed to complement the world's leading technology vendors rather than replace them.

Working alongside strategic partners allows Drive Network Support to combine network visibility with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and business resilience.

These relationships ensure customers benefit from an integrated ecosystem built on trust, innovation and collaboration.

Our purpose

Why Drive Network Support exists

No organisation should have to guess what is happening inside its own network. Whether supporting a family home, a small business, a manufacturing facility, a school, an NHS organisation or a large enterprise, our mission remains the same.

To make technology easier to understand.

To make networks more secure.

To give organisations complete visibility.

Everything we build begins with that purpose.
