The SEG is a hardened on-premises hardware device that bridges legacy infrastructure with a modern cloud platform developed by DNS-CCN. It delivers zero-trust networking, real-time telemetry, dual-NIC network segmentation, WireGuard VPN, and protocol translation giving businesses a live map and security layer for both private and public networks. Critically, the platform is not limited to any single industry. Any organisation that requires internet connectivity can benefit from what the SEG offers.

The DNS-CCN internal laboratory which includes the central server infrastructure and two SEG units has been fully operational for testing and validation. One SEG is deployed internally, monitoring the lab environment. The second unit is the pilot, ready for its first client onsite deployment. The DNS-CCN cloud platform, which serves as the central core alongside the server, provides clients with a dedicated portal to monitor the performance of their entire network infrastructure in real time.

The DNS-CCN platform includes a full MSP portal, customer self-service portal, ticketing system, Academy, Store, audit logs, and AI-powered features across more than 25 data entities — providing partners and clients with an enterprise-level experience from day one.
